We are a family owned business, run by a stay-at-home mom with the help of her husband and three kids. Elisa is the one you'll see most often in the store. Steve is Daddy to Johanna (6), Robert (4 1/2) and Claire (almost 2). He takes the kids to do something fun each Saturday while Elisa opens up the store.

We are located at 2964 Mark Twain Dr. Farmers Branch, TX 75234. During the week we ask that you call to set up an appointment so that we can be sure to give you the time you need as well as making sure that we can arrange for someone to watch our children if necessary. On Saturdays we are open from 1-4 pm, no appointment necessary. We also invite new parents or first-time cloth diaperers to come by Saturdays at 12:30 for a Q and A session.

We do our best to ship your order out within two days. In the event of sickness, items being out of stock, etc, sometimes it can take 4-5 business days. If we anticipate that it will take us more than 5 business days to ship out your order, for example if something is backordered, we will contact you to let you know.
Shipping rates:
Orders over $50 ship for FREE! For orders under $50, shipping charges will be added to your order. We only add actual shipping costs, and will choose the most inexpensive method of shipping unless you request otherwise.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We offer refunds or exchanges for new, unused items with tags still attached within 30 days. We do not refund shipping unless the error was ours, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In the event that any item you purchased from us is defective, please contact us and we will either repair or replace the item or put you in touch with the manufacturer, most of which have their own warranties on their products.
For returns on special orders, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Q:What if I'm not sure what I want to order?
A:Please give us a call! We will ask you questions about your baby's age, weight, and your diapering preferences and will be happy to make recommendations. If you are in the area you are also welcome to stop by our retail store in Farmers Branch, TX.
Q: I'm looking for a specific brand of diapers, do you carry them?
A: We might, and if we don't, we probably can. Much of what we have in our store is not yet up on our website, and we are adding new product lines to our inventory constantly. If there is a particular brand you've heard of and would like to try, let us know and in most cases we can help!
