RETURN POLICY: For a refund (minus any shipping and a 10% restocking fee), all merchandise must be returned in new condition with a receipt in 30 days. After 30 days or if you have no receipt, a merchandise credit will be given. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same product.

SHIPPING: For all items, standard shipping via USPS is free. Most items are shipped in 1-2 weeks. Insurance (strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for lost shipments) and express shipping are extra. OR you may pick up your order at our store in Farmers Branch or at our home in Plano, Texas.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancelled orders are charged 10% of the order amount unless we inform you of a delay on our end and give you the option to cancel.

PRICE MATCH CONDITIONS. ONLINE price matches: You must enter the website address on your checkout form. You must pay the same shipping price charged by that site. Going Out of Business, Inventory Clearance sales (in which the site will no longer be carrying that merchandise), & Auction Site Prices are not eligible for price match. STOREFRONT price matches: Merchandise must be picked up at our Store location. Store name & phone number must be provided beforehand (so we may verify price) either by email or phone prior to scheduled pickup. As with online price matches, Going Out of Business & Inventory Clearance sales are not eligible. Any additional questions can be answered by email, phone, or in person.
